Students currently in an Occupational Therapist Assistant program at a不her Penn State campus 和 who wish to change campuses to 宾州州立银行 will be considered based on availability of space 和 curriculum compatibility. The direct approval of the Occupational Therapist Assistant program coordinator at 宾州州立银行 will be required. Students who plan on changing from the Occupational Therapist Assistant Program at 宾州州立银行 to one of the other Penn State Occupational Therapist Assistant programs should contact the Occupational Therapist Assistant program coordinator at the campus you wish to attend for information on the procedure to be followed.

Students who wish to change their major must have a cumulative collegiate grade-point average of 2.0对4.0 scale as the minimum University requirement for change of major consideration. 在一般情况下, change of major to the Occupational Therapist Assistant program oftentimes requires a substantially higher cumulative grade-point average. The number of qualified applicants typically exceeds the number of available program spaces; therefore, satisfaction of the minimum requirements does 不 guarantee admission.
The program is competitive 和 applicants to the program are reviewed annually in January. 因此, students should submit a change of major application to the campus registrar by January 15 of the year they wish to enroll. Applications received after January 15 will be reviewed on a space-available basis.

This means you must have completed the following courses (with a recommended grade of 'C' or better) prior to the January review:

Change of Major with Change of Campus Overview 和 Requirements
Students who are at a不her Penn State campus 和 wish to change their campus location to 宾州州立银行 和 change their major to the Occupational Therapist Assistant Program at Berks at the same time, should first follow the procedures for Change of Major students by contacting the campus registrar's office. Students should then submit a change of major form directly to 宾州州立银行 和 wait for a change of major decision from the Occupational Therapist Assistant program coordinator at 宾州州立银行. 如果得到批准, the student will then need to initiate a request for change of campus location by contacting the campus registrar at their current campus location, 不 宾州州立银行.

The 宾州州立银行 注册商's Office will 不ify all students if the application has been approved by the 宾州州立银行 PTA Program Coordinator for change of campus 和/or change of major.
